About Bonnie
About Bonnie.
I am an IFS Level 3 trained therapist, Certified Somatic Experiencing Practitioner (SEP), and Accredited Mental Health Social Worker. I am also a graduate of Hakomi Mindfulness-Centred Somatic Psychotherapy.
Drawing on my extensive experience, I offer an approach that is trauma-informed, embodied, and grounded in an understanding of neurobiology and the nervous system. By working with both mind and body to support healing and growth, this therapeutic framework fosters self-awareness, nervous system regulation, and a greater capacity to feel connected, present, and engaged in life.
